Last weekend while the sun was out we worked! We worked all day, from 9 until 8:30! The yard is looking a lot better than it was. We put down landscape fabric and then pea gravel around the tree's in the back.
I took out our few plants in the front flower beds and layed more fabric down. We planted a few more plants then spread mulch. I'm really hoping this means very little or no weeding for the summer! Jason put up some new eaves troughs above the living room window. It looks pretty good and only leaks a little!!!
I went to a photography workshop in Ogden on Saturday. Kristin Duke of Kristin Duke Photography was the workshop person. She is an amazing photographer and I've had fun following her blog. KD was the one that introduced me to her work and I was so sad that KD couldn't be there with me. It was a fun group of people there and I learned so many great techniques and tips. It was well worth getting up at the break of dawn to get to Ogden on time!!
