So our good friend Jeff Tracy is a policeman for the Utah County Sheriff Department. He also is on the SWAT team and is a firearms instructor. We were invited over to the Tracys' for a picnic and some shooting. We went out to the Utah County shooting range. It was an amazing facility. Multiple ranges for various types of firearms, picnic tables, and even potties! We had a barbecue/picnic then Jeff gave us a few lessons. Chandler shot his .22 a bunch and got quite good at hitting the target. He tried the handgun a couple of times, but didn't like it as much. I got to try out Jeff's AR-15 and his Glock-40. He set up targets and I actually did really well. I only missed the "threat" 4 times! He is a good instructor. Jason also shot the AR-15, the Glock, and his 9mm. Julie shot the Glock, but had a little more difficult time. Apparently she was using the "wrong" eye!?! I'm not sure what that means, but she did have fun. We were out there until almost midnight! It was a very fun evening and we are glad to have friends who like to do things like that with us.

Looks like fun! What did you do to your foot?
As Jeff would put it I'm "retarded" because I'm left eye dominant and I shoot right handed :) That was was a lot of fun! Thanks for coming down. I could have done without the nanaimo bars! I've probably gained five pounds but they are sooooo good!!!
Wow, that was waaaayyyy past your bedtime. Glad you had such a great time. Loved the photos. How is your foot doing. Kelc told me about it.
