This ones for you dad! We were getting Kodies hair done for the Temple dedication and I thought of you!! For those of you who didn't grow up in my house, I always used hot rollers to get my hair curly. I'd come out for breakfast and dad would ask me if I was trying to pick up a radio station in Savannah. I thought he was hilarious. A few years ago we bought the movie "Smokey and the Bandit." We used to watch it all the time when we were growing up. It's a family favorite. Anyway, the kids and I were watching it and I was shocked to hear the Bandit say the exact same thing to Snowmans wife!! So when Kodie sat down at the table with her hot rollers in her hair I had to ask, "are you trying to pick up a radio station in Savannah?" Love you lots dad, thanks for the memory!
